About Julep and Trubbs:
Hi! I’m Julie, the illustrator and Surface Designer behind Julep and Trubbs.
Working digitally, my loose and painterly illustrations are inspired by my travels, hobbies, thoughtful and quiet moments of my life drawn with a storybook feel.
My background is in computer animation working on films and streaming television. In those 14 years of being in the studio, I was able to work with some of the best crews on several shows in a fun, professional, and timely manner.
Now, as a Surface Designer, I’m having fun illustrating my own designs. My dream is to see my artwork on products such as stationery, advent calendars, wallpaper, textiles, puzzles, home decor, food packaging and children’s books all around the world.
I currently live on the Atlantic Coast in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada.
