The Black Label line.
The "Wasabi" mustard is the last of four mustards in Atlantic Mustard Mill's Black Label Line.
They elevated our quality standards even more (if that is even possible) and created a luxurious mustard for the mustard connoisseur.
For this mustard, they used oriental mustard seed and wasabi powder. Spicy! Best enjoyed on sushi, oysters, sandwiches, in mashed potatoes, salad dressing, deviled eggs, you name it!

About The Atlantic Mustard Mill:
We’re Sabine and Micha, the mustard-loving founders of Atlantic Mustard Mill. Originally from Germany, we came to Canada several years ago to live our dream of sustainable homesteading. We found our piece of paradise on the eastern end of Prince Edward Island, Canada’s smallest province.
It didn’t take long for us to discover that our lifelong love for German mustards could not be fulfilled by even the best brands on the shelves in our newly adopted country. So, we did the only thing two passionate mustard-loving Germans could think to do - we began crafting our own small-batch mustards. We quickly discovered that Canadians loved our gourmet German-style mustard as much as we did, and Atlantic Mustard Mill was born.
Since then, Atlantic Mustard Mill has grown into a beloved brand that can be found at over 125 fine retailers across the Maritimes, as well as select locations in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. Today, we remain deeply committed to the old-world techniques, premium Canadian ingredients, and sustainability ethos that we’ve embraced from day one. We are proud to say that everything we’ve ever produced at Atlantic Mustard Mill has been powered by 100% solar energy. In fact, we were the first solar-powered food producer on Prince Edward Island.
Our commitment to sustainability extends to every facet of our production - our mustards come in reusable glass jars, we strive to minimize waste, and we source from local, eco-friendly producers whenever possible. Many of our ingredients come from our own solar-powered homestead.
In equal measure, we believe in the power of kindness. Customer care is at the heart of everything we do. We always aim for excellence, and if we make a mistake, we go the extra mile to fix it. We’re also proud to give back, donating 3% of all sales to the MS Society of Canada, a cause close to our hearts.
What started as a cross-continent homesteading adventure has evolved into a bustling mustard brand with over 50 wild and wonderful flavours for you to fall in love with.
From our island homestead to your kitchen, we wish you a lifetime of tasty mustard adventures!
