In stock items ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays by the method selected in the shopping cart. All shipping methods include insurance and tracking. You will be notified by email as soon as your order ships, and your order will be updated in status to Shipped, and your tracking number, in your Kuriosities.com account.
Custom pieces and made to order pieces will ship within the timeframes listed on individual item pages.
For multi-item orders containing made-to-order items, the order will ship all together when all items have been completed. For items that need to be received immediately, separate orders should be made.
All returns and exchanges are at the cost of the purchaser, except in the case of an error made by Kuriosities (in which case we would cover all shipping costs).
